2. How to choose a CNC woodworking machining center?
2.1 The choice of precision
The accuracy of the machine tool of the CNC woodworking machining center has a crucial influence on the processing quality of the product.
First, consider the accuracy of the machine itself. The rigidity of the machine tool determines whether the bed is stable, but the processing technology of the machine tool determines the accuracy of the machine itself. For example, the bed needs to be annealed by heat treatment, natural aging, and vibration aging to eliminate stress and ensure the rigidity of the machine tool.
